Using this website does not create a provider-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified provider about your specific situation. Individual results vary, and no particular outcome is promised.

Appointments may be requested through our online booking system, by phone, or in person. Booking is handled by our third-party scheduling provider and is subject to their terms. An appointment is confirmed only once you receive confirmation from us.

We ask that you give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can offer the time to another patient. Specific cancellation, deposit, late, and no-show policies are provided at the time of booking or confirmation and may be updated. Please review your confirmation for the details that apply to your visit.

We offer financing through Cherry, an independent third-party provider. Financing is offered and administered by Cherry, subject to its application, approval, terms, and privacy policy. We do not make credit decisions and are not responsible for Cherry’s services. Approval, terms, and available amounts are determined solely by Cherry.

Fees for services are quoted during your consultation and are due as agreed at the time of service unless financing is arranged. Prices and offers may change without notice.

The 4ME Club is an optional recurring monthly subscription. When you enroll, you authorize a recurring charge to the payment method you provide, on the same date each month, until you cancel. Enrollment and billing are handled by our third-party booking and payments provider and are subject to their terms. Current tier pricing is published on our membership page.

Each month your membership credits a set number of tox units to your account. Unused units roll over but expire six months after they are credited, and units are drawn oldest-first when you are treated. Units, member pricing, and the birthday-month credit have no cash value and are not transferable, exchangeable, or refundable.

You may cancel with at least five business days’ written notice before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund payments already made. After cancelling you have 90 days to redeem any units that are still banked and unexpired — units that have passed their six-month life cannot be reinstated. You may also pause your membership for up to 60 days per calendar year without penalty, and an extended freeze is available for pregnancy.

Membership covers cost, not clinical decisions. Being a member does not guarantee that any particular treatment will be performed. Every visit begins with an assessment, and treatment proceeds only if it is appropriate for you that day. If we recommend holding off, your units remain banked for the remainder of their six-month life.

The full membership agreement is presented to you at enrollment. Where that signed agreement and this summary differ, the signed agreement governs. We may change membership pricing or benefits on reasonable notice; changes do not apply retroactively to units already credited.

You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4ME Aesthetics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
