Information you give us. When you use our contact form, request an appointment, or message us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, area of interest, and the content of your message. If you book online or apply for financing, that information is collected by our booking and financing partners (see “Third parties we work with”).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited technical data when analytics are enabled and you consent, such as your device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and general location derived from your IP address. This is described under “Cookies and analytics.”

Health information. We do not collect medical or treatment information through this website. Any health information you share during a consultation or visit is kept confidential and handled in accordance with applicable law. Please do not include sensitive medical details in a website form or text message.

• To provide, coordinate, and follow up on the services you request.
• To process bookings and financing through our third-party partners.
• To send appointment reminders and, with your consent, occasional updates or offers.

When configured, we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our marketing. These tools load under Google Consent Mode, default-denied, which means analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you accept them.

A privacy banner lets you accept or decline. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. If you decline, essential site functions still work and non-essential tracking remains off. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you appointment-related and, where you have agreed, promotional text messages through our messaging and booking systems. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. We do not sell your phone number, and mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate. These include:

• Aesthetic Record, our online booking and practice system, when you request or manage an appointment.
• Cherry, our financing partner, if you choose to apply for financing (subject to Cherry’s own terms and privacy policy).
• Google and Meta, for analytics and advertising measurement, only after you consent.
• Our email and messaging providers, to deliver contact-form submissions and communications to us.

Our site also displays reviews from our Google Business Profile, retrieved through Google’s Places API. Those reviews, including the reviewer names and star ratings, are published by their authors on Google, not collected from you by us. Leaving or removing a Google review is managed through your own Google account.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, and property.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
