New patients

What to expect as a new patient

A calm, consultation-first experience with one provider who sees every patient. Here’s how your first visit works, and why an RN-led, anatomy-first approach matters.

Your first visit, step by step

Consultation first

Every new patient begins with a free consultation: a conversation about your goals and an assessment of your facial anatomy. Nothing is treated before there’s a plan you understand.

An honest, tailored plan

You’ll get a conservative, anatomy-first recommendation built around your features — not a template or a package you’re pushed into.

Your treatment

When you’re ready, treatment is performed by Monica personally. You’ll know what to expect beforehand, including comfort measures and timing.

Aftercare and follow-up

You’ll receive simple aftercare guidance, and because dosing is conservative, a brief follow-up can fine-tune results when needed.
