Tox wears off on a schedule, so the people who stay happiest are the ones who treat on one. The 4ME Club spreads that cost across the year, and unused units roll over for up to six months if life gets busy.

What membership includes
What you get every month
Your units bank and roll over for six months
Unused units stay in your account for six months from the month they are credited, then expire. That covers a missed month or two without losing the value.
Additional units at the member rate
Need more than your monthly credit at a visit? Anything beyond it is charged at the discounted member rate.
10% off all other services
Applies to filler, microneedling, PRP/PRF, peels — everything outside your tox credit.

The honest details
What membership does and doesn’t cover
Membership covers cost, not clinical decisions. Every visit still begins with an assessment, and treatment goes ahead only if it’s appropriate for you that day — being a member doesn’t guarantee that any particular treatment will be performed. If we decide to hold off, your units stay banked and keep their normal six-month life.
Before you enroll
- Recurring monthly billing
- Membership is a monthly subscription charged to the card you enroll with. Your unit credit is added on your billing date each month.
- Units expire after six months
- Units roll over, but each month’s credit expires six months after it is credited. Units are drawn oldest-first at your visit.
- Cancelling
- You may cancel with at least five business days’ written notice before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund payments already made.
- After you cancel
- You have 90 days from cancellation to redeem any units still banked and unexpired. Units past their six-month life cannot be reinstated.
- Freezing your membership
- You can pause for up to 60 days per year with no penalty, plus an extended freeze for pregnancy.
- No cash value
- Units, member pricing, and the birthday credit have no cash value and are not transferable or refundable.
